Team Rooter technician was called for a main line leek underneath raised foundation. Technician went underneath home and inspected the main line to see condition of the drains. The findings were  that approx 15-20 feet of cast iron was cracked. To repair line the technician removed approx 30ft including secondary lines of cast iron from underneath home  and replaced old pipes with new ABS plastic.Technician also performed a pipe burst starting from clean out access from side of house to house property line. The damage to the sewer line was caused by root intrusion. Pipe burst came with a  25 year warranty including parts and labor. In addition to work technician also installed a clean out near foundaition of home. Job included parts and labor with 15 year.

Redrain, Pipe burst and Liner

Sewer Line Replacement

Scope of work to replace all cast iron drains underneath the house. Technician was to excavate mainline and all secondary lines underneath the house to have access to remove all old cast iron pipe and replace it with new abs plastic pipe. This work included  2 full restrooms, kitchen, and laundry lines. All work came with  parts and labor with 25 year warranty.

Team Rooter also was to replace 4inch old clay pipe that leads out from the house to the property line in front of the house. To do so technician had  to perform two 4×4 spot repairs one hole was in front of home and second hole was located in the front yard. Technician also  replaced old clay pipe by using are trench less system and installing new plastic pipe.Once the second hole was exposed technician then inspected the 6 inch line leading to the street to determine if it needed to get replace. Technician also patched up asphalt with concrete and will match color to asphalt.  All work included parts and labor with 25 year warranty.

In addition Team Rooter performed the lining method to replace 6 inch clay pipe going towards the city lateral due to multiple root intrusions and breaks through out the line. The pipe was wart hogged to prep for lining. All work and parts included with a 25 year warranty as well.

Line of work was too excavate mainline under the house to replace the 2 restrooms and half, and kitchen pipe. Technician replaced and  upgraded pipe to ABS plastic pipe and rubber couplings. Will replace mainline as well. All parts and labor were included. All work came with 15 yr warranty. Once pipe was upgrade will ran camera to inspect rest of sewer going towards the street.

Team Rooter Technician also had to replace waste and over flow due to it being broken. The technician also had to tunnel underneath the foundation  to be able to connect to the mainline. In between this process technician also  installed a clean out in front of the property.

In addition to the rest of the work technician also inserted a liner to seal 4 inch broken clay that was crushed by the roots. The team  watt hogged pipe to cut roots off. We also inserted a liner up to 6 inch clay

Description of work, Team Rooter technician a was to expose pipe on hillside to repair broken ABS pipe due to roots entering existing pipe. Technician repaired section by replacing broken pipe with new heavy duty ABS pipe, and used rubber coupling to make connection. Technician also lined the 3 inch ABS downstream approx. 35ft to prevent it from breaking. Work included parts and labor with a 25yr warranty.

Team Rooter technician performed a spot repair on the side of the house where the mainline exits. To do so technician had to excavate underneath the house to get mainline exposed. He then had to break concrete outside to be able to tunnel underneath foundation and have access, to eliminate the section of cast iron where blockage was happening. Once exposed and eliminated technician reconnected with ABS plastic. Technician also installed a proper clean out to have access to mainline. Once having a proper access to mainline our technician ran camera to inspect rest of the line. Once line was clean technician back filled hole and finished with concrete patch. All parts and labor were included with 5 year warranty.

Team Rooter technician was initially out on this service call to run a camera through clean out. When performing camera inspection , our technician found that there was a broken section of pipe out by the garage door. Technician found that pipe was severely infested with roots. To repair pipe Team Rooter technician manually excavated broken section of pipe approx. 3-4ft deep to install a clean out for future maintenance. Once section was removed technician ran camera down stream to inspect the rest of the main sewer line. A liner was also inserted from spot repair approximately 15ft out, to replace broken clay pipe. Technician also ran Hydro Jetter to eliminate all roots to prep line. All parts and labor were included with a 25 year warranty.
