Line of work was too excavate mainline under the house to replace the 2 restrooms and half, and kitchen pipe. Technician replaced and  upgraded pipe to ABS plastic pipe and rubber couplings. Will replace mainline as well. All parts and labor were included. All work came with 15 yr warranty. Once pipe was upgrade will ran camera to inspect rest of sewer going towards the street.

Team Rooter Technician also had to replace waste and over flow due to it being broken. The technician also had to tunnel underneath the foundation  to be able to connect to the mainline. In between this process technician also  installed a clean out in front of the property.

In addition to the rest of the work technician also inserted a liner to seal 4 inch broken clay that was crushed by the roots. The team  watt hogged pipe to cut roots off. We also inserted a liner up to 6 inch clay

Description of work, Team Rooter technician a was to expose pipe on hillside to repair broken ABS pipe due to roots entering existing pipe. Technician repaired section by replacing broken pipe with new heavy duty ABS pipe, and used rubber coupling to make connection. Technician also lined the 3 inch ABS downstream approx. 35ft to prevent it from breaking. Work included parts and labor with a 25yr warranty.

Scope of work for Team Rooter technician was  to perform 3 spot repairs through out the main drain line up to the property line, and also perform a pipe burst. 1 spot repair was located at the clean out. Second spot repair will need be to performed right by huge tree to repair missing pipe approx. 2 ft. Technician also needed to dig a 7-8ft spot repair at the property line. In addition our technician also installed a clean out, and also. Technician replaced all the 4″ orange burg pipe.  Once pipe was exposed technician ran camera to inspect 6″ sewer clay going towards the street. Team Rooter technician performed a spot repair on the side of the house where the mainline exits. To do so technician had to excavate underneath the house to get mainline exposed. He then had to break concrete outside to be able to tunnel underneath foundation and have access, to eliminate the section of cast iron where blockage was happening. Once exposed and eliminated technician reconnected with ABS plastic. Technician also installed a proper clean out to have access to mainline. Once having a proper access to mainline our technician ran camera to inspect rest of the line. Once line was clean technician back filled hole and finished with concrete patch. All parts and labor were included with 5 year warranty.

Team Rooter technician was initially out on this service call to run a camera through clean out. When performing camera inspection , our technician found that there was a broken section of pipe out by the garage door. Technician found that pipe was severely infested with roots. To repair pipe Team Rooter technician manually excavated broken section of pipe approx. 3-4ft deep to install a clean out for future maintenance. Once section was removed technician ran camera down stream to inspect the rest of the main sewer line. A liner was also inserted from spot repair approximately 15ft out, to replace broken clay pipe. Technician also ran Hydro Jetter to eliminate all roots to prep line. All parts and labor were included with a 25 year warranty.

Team Rooter service was to do repair on sewer line through concrete. Technician had to  jack hammer section 2×2. Excavate soil, to expose and  remove problematic sewer pipe. Then  reconnect with new ABS piping and install new 4″ access point for future maintenance. A 25 year warranty was given on work.

Technician had to excavate trench from west end of front to hallway bath located at front end of footing. Removed 3″ cast iron installed new 3″ ABS up to 25″ piping. Tested system to  insure all connections are properly hubbed. Technician flushed out entire system and back filled trench. Pulled and reset west end toilet, and re-calked for proper seal. Also technician adjusted section for stand up shower in front bath. Then pulled and reset front bath toilet re-calked for proper seal. adjusted front tub pop up machinist insured proper flow at west end of home. All parts and labor included with a 25 year warranty.

Technician removed plastic pipes from unit to cast iron  2″ pipe with fittings.

Job included jack hammering concrete to expose the pipe under door steps to remove existing pipe and install the new one to the kitchen sink line and connection. Also replaced shower drain area exposed outside and reconnect amd strap correctly, all up to city code with 10 year warranty.

Also technician installed one emergency gas shut off valve with braces and connected existing city gas meters. Job included one year warranty.
