TeamRooter technician trenched out the old pipe and did spot repair (2feet down) to reach the pipe. Tech swapped out old pipe about 35-40 feet and replaced it for copper type L (good quality pipe) Tech  also fixed sprinkler steam since prier plumber capped them off. Technician also installed a electronic sprinkler system. Tech also installed a new shut off valve in the front of the house and patched up the concrete for the drive way. Job included parts and labor with a 25 year warranty.

Team Rooter technician saw cut and jackhammered concrete walkway to excavate and expose clay main house drain. Clay drain was replaced with schedule 40 ABS plastic and approved fitting. Repair included cable snaking and concrete rough patch with a 5 year warranty on repair. Additional repair was done under stairs by tunneling at clean out to remove all clay with root damage.
