This mainline sewer damage presented a challenge for our homeowner as the property was located on a hill and the drain traveled through 50ft of backyard sloped at a 45 degree angle. It also had many roots and displaced clay pipes inside.  You can check out the video below.

Our expert plumbers assessed the situation and given the slope and the character of the landscape chose to use the trenchless pipe burst method.  With this method we dig holes at two or three places on the property and run the pipe through from one end to the other.  

The property was returned in the original state with proper drain access and clean outs.

Scope of work to install 4 inch main drain clean out access at foundation home. Exit a foundation. ran cable to drain sewer main due to back up.  After camera inspection, a damaged sewer was apparent 25 ft of cast iron sewer needed to be replaced due to damaged pipe.

Installed new clean out fitting replaced shifted joint causing clog. 

Work included all parts and labor. 

We also replaced 3 inch cast from under home to clean out to 4 inch ABS. Also replaced building sewer from clean out to 6 inch clay lateral. 

Team Rooter provided  25 year warranty.

Trenchless Sewer Replacement Service

Sewer Drain Replacement using Pipe Burst / Trenchless Method. Original clay drain was replaced with High Density Polyethylene pipe by means of hydraulic pipe burst. Instead of tearing up the entire front yard, two pot holes were dug, one at the clean out and the other at the property line. Then using the Trenchless Sewer Replacement method the problem was taken care of effectively and efficiently. All our replacement come with at least 15 year warranty on parts and labor.
