Team Rooter technician went out for Main Line that was backing up frequently. Tech performed a camera inspection on the sewer line through the front yard clean out.  Tech performed a pipe burst on a property line. Tech dug two holes one by the clean out and one by the property line and did a pipe burst. Tech had to tunnel under bricks so he was able to reach the pipes. We ran a camera upstream and downstream and inspected the rest of the lines. Tech had to backfill all holes and compacted dirt after the job was completed. Work comes with 25 year warranty. All parts and labor included.

Tech had to dig so spot repair that was under the concrete and the second one was under the dirt at the property line. Tech performed a liner for 6 inch line going out to the street. Tech needed to warthog the line and cleaned it out to make sure the roots are eliminated and prepped for the line. Liner lined up the sewer line up to the saddle connection. Tech relayed concrete and put a new clean out with concrete sewer covered in order for it to be floor level. Work comes with a 25 year warranty. All parts and labor are included.

Tech determined that the line was broken in multiple sections and many roots that were intruding the line. Tech had to dug two additional holes one at the property line and one in front of the house. Pipe burst was approximately 60 feet long. Tech installed a hydraulic equipment and performed the task at the property line. Tech had to perform a line going towards the street and liner went from the property line to the saddle connection. Ran camera to make sure the line is clear at the end. Tech had to perform two additional holes and performed a pipe burst method and reapplied the sewer line of property. First hole was at the clean out and second was at the property line. Tech replaced 50 feet of pipes with trenchless method. Tech had camera after to see how the line looks and ran warthog to cut out the roots. Work comes with 25 year warranty.
