Once the repair was done, we ran a camera and inspected the sewer going towards the city lateral. Tech performed a spot repair by the 4×6 and dug down to the broken pipe. Tech had to wart hog the pipe that was going upstream and eliminated all the roots and debris in the pipes in the existing spot repair. Work comes with 25 year warranty. Team Rooter technician went out to install a clean out for future maintenance. Tech also performed a re-drain under the home and replaced two full restrooms, laundry, and kitchen drain lines. Tech replaced all horizontal pipes underneath the home. He had to break about 7 feet approximately of concrete replaced in front of the steps. Tech had to undermine in front of the steps and replaced the cast iron underneath. We did an inspection after to inspect going downstream. We also performed a trenchless pipe burst and had to pull permits for the job for the pipe burst sewer replacement. Work comes with 25 year warranty and includes all parts and labor.

Team Rooter technician went out for a Main Line back up. Tech had to dig out a spot repair on a property digging down approximately 3.5feet to reach section of pipe full of roots. Tech had to remove the trees in the area to create access and dug down to pipe area. Tech had to perform two additional holes and performed a pipe burst method and reapplied the sewer line of property. First hole was at the clean out and second was at the property line. Tech replaced 50 feet of pipes with trenchless method. Tech had camera after to see how the line looks and ran warthog to cut out the roots. Work comes with 25 year warranty.
