Team Rooter technician went out for a Main Line back up. Tech had to perform two spot repairs for this project. The first one was the one exiting the clean out in front of the house. Tech installed a 4 inch clean out and 2 inch clean out for the kitchen and laundry line. Tech dug about 2-3 feet down. The second spot repair was made in the driveway before the sidewalk. Tech had to go down 6-7 feet to reach the pipe and performed a pipe burst from the first spot repair all the way to the second. Tech had to break the concrete to reach the pipe witch tech and we did a concrete patch on the broken concrete. All parts and labor .Job comes with warranty for 25 years.

After the inspection, tech had to cut saw and jack hammer trench approximately 10-15 ft and ran new abs line.  Tech had to dig at the property line approximately 7-8 feet deep. Tech performed a pipe burst method replacing the damaged clay pipe in between end of trench in the back of the property line. Tech installed a clean out in the back of the home and one in the property line for any future maintenance. Tech inspected the pipe going towards the street to make sure everything was okay. Team Rooter technician went out to remove the water heater from outside area and reinstall it permanently inside of the boiler room. Tech has to connect the existing 3/4′ circulation pump with new fitting copper pipes and new shut off valve, gate valve, new 1′ flex lines, new dry line out for TMP value, and new carbon dioxide metal fittings. All connected from existing water filters located outside with copper pipes all up to the city code. Tech had to reroute the sump pump drain and tap uit into the storm drain in the patio. They had to saw cut and jack hammer flooring coming from side steps towards storm drain. Trenching is on the side of the septic tank. Tech did a rough patch on the concrete and attempt to match the flooring if possible. They will do a spot repair near the storm drain where line was tapped in. All parts and labor included. Work will be coming with a 10 year warranty.
