After clean out was installed they snaked the line from there so it would start draining. Team Rooter technician went out to remove the water heater from outside area and reinstall it permanently inside of the boiler room. Tech has to connect the existing 3/4′ circulation pump with new fitting copper pipes and new shut off valve, gate valve, new 1′ flex lines, new dry line out for TMP value, and new carbon dioxide metal fittings. All connected from existing water filters located outside with copper pipes all up to the city code. Tech had to reroute the sump pump drain and tap uit into the storm drain in the patio. They had to saw cut and jack hammer flooring coming from side steps towards storm drain. Trenching is on the side of the septic tank. Tech did a rough patch on the concrete and attempt to match the flooring if possible. They will do a spot repair near the storm drain where line was tapped in. All parts and labor included. Work will be coming with a 10 year warranty.

After, tech needed  to perform a spot repair in the front yard and tunneled in about 2ft under concrete to avoid breaking concrete.Tech installed a clean out for future maintenance. Once repair was made we ran camera to inspect up to the city lateral. All parts and labor included. Repair will come with 5yr warranty.

Once line was prepped, he ran camera to inspect line to make sure it’s linable. Tech inverted liner up to the city lateral to seal all breaks and cracks inside the pipe.  After, tech  hydro-jetted mainline through clean out to clear line then ran camera to detect problem. Tech needed to excavate approximately 4-5ft deep at the property line. Once repair was made he ran camera to inspect rest of the sewer going towards the city lateral. All parts and labor included. Repair will come with 5yr warranty.

After, tech had to saw cut and jack hammer concrete to trench and install new line. Tech had to patch up concrete and replace p-trap for laundry sink. Tech had to wart hog 6 inch clay pipe going towards the city lateral to eliminate heavy root intrusion and debris in line. Once line was prepped we inverted 6 inch liner up to the city lateral to seal all breaks and cracks in the pipe. Tech will trench out about 20ft long 3ft deep towards the existing pot hole that was already dug. Tech replaced cast iron piping damaged and broken and replaced with abs and abs couplings.After tech ran hydro jetter through mainline clean to clear blockage and ran a camera inspection. All parts and labor included. Work will come with 25 year warranty.

Team Rooter technician called in for a water leak from the concrete. Tech went out and replaced all old broken cast irons underneath of home due to pipe leaking water in the ground. Tech needed to excavate 50 feet of mainline underneath of dirt to expose all cast iron. Once everything is exposed they will cut all the cast iron out and replace with abs plastic. We replaced 2 full bathrooms that include toilet, sink and bathtub. Also replaced the kitchen line and any  other sewer lines underneath of home. Tech performed a liner method for the mainline sewer towards the street from the 6×4 connection all the way to the last connection to the street. Tech installed a two way clean out for future maintenance. Work will come with 10 year warranty on parts and labor included.
