Tech had to saw cut and jack hammer the concrete and excavated approximately 5-6 feet deep.  Tech had to wart hog the 6 inch clay pipe that goes towards the city lateral and eliminated all the roots and debris in the line. Tech eliminated the broken connection that was infested with roots. Once the work was done, they ran a camera to make sure the line is cleared and if any additional work was needed. All parts and labor included. Work comes with 25 year warranty.
