Sewer Line Replacement
Team Rooter replaced home sewer from foundation wall to septic tank connection. Sewer clay drain was replaced by hydraulic pipe burst with polyethylene pipe from pothole A to pothole B. Technician excavated a trench by saw cutting and jackhammering concrete from foundation to pothole A to manually replace that section of drain with a rough concrete patch. Home septic was pumped of all waist before connecting new drain lines. Price included all parts , labor, pumping of tank, City permits and inspections with a 20 warranty on replacement.
